Process Engineer

1. Build and manage production process:

+ Build Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) & Calculation Technical Standard

+ Advise and train stakeholders to implement new production methods following the Company's Standard

2. New model implementation:

+ Implement all activities related to new models and new technology changes. Coordinate with other teams to achieve the production plan

+ Manage and control all specifications of new models

+ Design of complete machinery, jigs, fixtures, tooling, and all necessary items needed for the application

+ Make layout for all workshops & all production processes

3. Timing & calculation

+ Calculate the time for the production process

+ Calculate machine time and capacity

+ Calculate the manpower needed

4. Monitor production processes and analyze production data to improve production processes & reduce waste

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical and electronics, etc.

- At least 3 years of working experience as the same position

- Good knowledge about the CAD software & good design for technical equipment

- Understanding Lean manufacturing, 7 QC tool, TPM, ISO.., preferred

- Experience in automotive or similar fields preferred

- Good skills in communication

- Problem solving skills required

- Honest, proactive, teamwork, can-do attitude and willing to learn and attention to details

- Good English: reading & writing
