Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Educational background:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
2. Experiences:
• More than 3 years of experience in process engineering
• Preference of Korean speaking
• Preference of EMS(Electronic Manufacturing Services) process engineer
3. Skills:
• English skill(speaking/listening/writing) is mandatory
• Team collaboration, effective communication, and presentation skills
• Prefer to experience Stabilizing process of SMT, UnderFill, Pkg/Saw, AVI/FVI, etc.
• Project managing experience
• Troubleshooting for process problems/customer complaint
• Failure Analysis for process problem/customer complaint, and 8D report
• Real-time communication with customers to share customer requesting
• Regular meetings and reporting with customers
•
4. Other:
• Willing to train and work abroad (Korea) for about 6 months (Mandatory)
