Process Engineer / Manufacturing Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to develop and improve manufacturing processes.

• Establish safety procedures for working with hazardous materials and equipment.

• Develop methods for separating components of gases and liquids or generating

electrical currents.

• Design and plan equipment layouts to optimize efficiency and workflow.

• Perform tests and monitor process performance throughout production cycles.

• Troubleshoot issues related to manufacturing processes and propose solutions.

• Evaluate processes and equipment for compliance with environmental and safety

regulations.

• Estimate production costs and contribute to budget planning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Analyze and optimize production processes and yield performance.

• Lead process improvement initiatives within the department.

• Collaborate on new projects and R&D efforts as part of a team.

• Provide manufacturing support and troubleshoot operational issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.

• Solid understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar) is a plus.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.

• Basic knowledge of environmental and safety regulations is preferred.
