Internal Job Title: Engineer/ Senior Engineer - Production
1. Process owner of M&S and facet inspection process
- Conduct Process FMEA to identify any quality risks
- Development of monitoring/evaluation and data collection system for the M&S & Facet inspection process
- Issue, maintain and improve workshop documentation for operators
2. Guarantee compliance to safety, environment and working conditions guidelines
- Safety line walk at process and define action to improve
- Assure operators and technicians are trained as updated work instructions
3. Machine and equipment (MAE) involvement: Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and line release
- Support machine installation, start up and running of production processes and MAE release.
- Make status report about project progress and and release report
4. Running and improving the M&S and facet inspection process
- Increasing machine’s capacity by applying TPM and Lean manufacturing tools
- Initiate OEE improvements
- Solve problems and participate in problem solving activities
5. Tracking and maintaining Bosch Production System (BPS)
- Deploy BPS principles to process area
- Find solution for a better BPS concept

- Bachelor of Engineering (mechanical, mechatronics)
2. Work experience
- 2 - 3 years in manufacturing plant
- Prior experience working in multinational corporations
3. Traits and Skills
- Result oriented (safety, quality, delivery, cost)
- Accountability (showing ownership, pro-activeness)
- Risk mitigation (FMEA, process review based on failure mode - PRBFM)
- Problem solving
- Writing report and data analysis with statistic tools (Histogram, distribution model, control chart…)
- Project and task management
- Process management and continuous improvement (e.g. applying PDCA, KPI…)
- Microsoft office software
- Communication, report and presentation skill
- Teamwork
- Good command of English
