Process Engineer (Mechanical)

- Develop and improve production techniques.

- Assist with designing routers to assure traceability and integrity of the production processes.

- New product or service introduction.

- Cost calculation and quoting of new Control box, Junction box, Filter Box, Control panel (UL 508A standard), Sub-assembly products (Thermocouple, RTD, Wire harness), Machined (CNC) products.

- Assist production with configuration, process improvements and implementation.

- Assist with qualifications and testing of new products and processes.

- Assist with material source.

- Assist with system development and improvement.

- Assist design fixtures

- Create word instruction

- Using management software (ERP)

- Create 3D, create 2D drawing based on 3D, review 2D drawing before it is released to Productions

- Design, configure control panel products by 3D software.

- Design electrical schematic drawings/install/ test based on function.

- Other tasks assigned by Manager.

- Engineering degree in industry, such as mechanical engineering (CNC/machined product) / electrical engineering/automation/ mechatronics.

- English reading, writing, and speaking skills.

- Min. 1-year work experience in a similar experience below

Experiences:

- Manufacturing process such as Router, Word Oder, configuration the products.

- Experience with Inventor/ Solidworks, Autocad/electrical AutoCAD/ Corel to design.

- Experience with Wire harness, control panel, temperature sensor (Thermocouple, Resistance Temperature Detector).

- Machined (CNC) products such as machining method, GD&T based on dwg, review dwg.

- Familiar project for building control panel that relates to IEC/ UL508A.
