Process Engineer (Wood / Furniture)

- Collaborate with vendors during field audits to confirm adherence to engineering documents throughout Pre-Production Review (PPR) and mass production phases, including:

• RPDF (Request for Product Development Form) process validation.

• Labeling, hangtags, and compliance with new brand guidelines.

- Maintain strong communication with the engineering team to ensure process alignment with company standards

• Develop, implement, and maintain Engineering processes to enhance productivity and quality.

• Identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Jig/fixture development and management.

• Jig/Fixture and maintain it on X-work System

• Conduct quarterly training sessions for the team about processes

- Engineering Process Audit

• Conduct all engineering Process audits at vendors to ensure all Engineering documents comply with industry in floor such as

• RPDF, Jig. Fixture

• Engineering Document audit

✅ Good at English communication

✅ Open for Fresher with background related to Mechanical Engineer / Automobie Engineer / Car Manufacturing ENgineer / Civil Engineer / Construction Engineer ......

✅ Got experiences related to jigs / fixture or similar position at any industries is a plus point

✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D, 3D): read, measure & draw
