Process Production Coordinator / Điều Phối Viên Sản Xuất Quy Trình

PURPOSE:

To manage the activities of the Workshop production. Organize labor based on the approved production plan.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Coordinate with office and departments regarding production schedule, inventory,

logistics.

• Ensure schedules are on time with close department coordination.

• Follow up on product matters (KPI, reports, presentations).

• Arrange PP meeting before mass production after planning approval.

• Work closely with department managers.

• Perform other assigned duties.

• Store departmental documents/network folders.

• Ensure workplace safety instructions and observe PPE usage.

• Supervise use and storage of equipment and materials.

• Maintain confidentiality of company information.

• Comply with company management regulations and labor law.

• Follow SOP, PON, SSF, 6S standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: University

• Foreign Language: Basic communication and writing

• Computer: Good skills

• Knowledge: Production follow-up, Labor Law, Workplace Safety

• Skills: People management, strategic thinking, time/resource management, workplace efficiency.

• Abilities: Good communication, independent work, high pressure resistance, team leadership.

• Experience: 1 year or more

• Personality: Insistence, Patience, Discretion, Expediency, Flexibility, Positivity, Discipline, Loyalty

• Working Style: Agile, sprightly

• Health: Good
