Mô Tả Công Việc

**Process Risk Management (40%)
- Develop and maintain the Process Risk Management program,
- Develop and communicate the annual Process Risk Management plan, and monitor its progress,
- Advise the Managing Director on Process Risk Management issues and priorities,
- Support the Facilities and Activities regarding process risk matters,
- Provide support, notably to Facility and Activity Managers, in order to ensure the proper understanding and implementation of the process,
- Monitoring and evaluate the process effectiveness, in order to determine and implement improvement actions if necessary,
- Ensurie data and information related to the process performance are collected, analyzed and evaluated, and reviewed during management review meetings.
- Implement the annual plan for the process risk assessment of existing operations,
- Conducti process risk assessments taking into account the Facility specific environment
- Ensure that the selected process risk reduction measures will allow to meet the criteria defined by the Group risk criticality matrix,
- Support the Facilities and Activities in the implementation of the validated risk reduction measures,
- Perform reviews in the field to confirm the effectiveness of the validated risk reduction measures.
** Project Risk Management (10%)
- Participate in risk assessment for all projects
- Make list of PRIs and their status and update
** Document control (5%)
- Monitor implement QHSE
- Support facility integrade QHSE and implementation
** HSE tasks in North (30%)
- Safety training (contractror, customer) when required.
- Manage PPE at company level.
- Site safety presentation to visitors.
** Local regulation compliance (5%)
- Participate in regulation watch and follow up/monitor action plan with action owner
- Support North facilities for QHSE local permit/ training.
- Advise customers for local regulation compliance related with ALV product and service
- Participate in Compliance audit for North facilities.
** ISO management in North (5% )
- Ensure ISO requirements are implemented in the North.
- Participate in ISO audit (external & Internal)
**Other tasks upon request (5%)
