Responsibility:
Sourcing
* Source and develop competitive oversea & local suppliers for aqua feed material list & alternative solution. Source and define potential customer for RM trading
* Drive cost down and ensure total cost competitiveness through negotiation, VE, Logistics and other innovative ways
* Manage suppliers to ensure continuous good performance in quality, price, delivery and service
* Source and introduce new technology to R&D Head for development
* Issue quotations, fowarder and pricing pricing updating
* Conduct supplier plant audits and assess supplier capabilities
Purchasing & Trading
* To process sales order and purchase orders for Aqua Product Raw Material.
* To interact with the suppliers on a day-to-day basis for efficient delivery of products and services.
* To review deliveries against the orders and track the order’s status.
* To coordinate with customers and suppliers on quality issues.
* To be responsible for RM inventory management.
* To understand international incoterms, import & export procedures and customs regulations.
* To provide good customer services and value-added services to oversea subsidiaries or customers.
* Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
