Procurement Executive

Job purpose:

Provide procurement expertise and assist stakeholders to plan, develop, source and manage procurement arrangements to effectively meet organization and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the procurement activities and operation in system are processed timely, completely, accurately and under compliance.

• Deliver advantage to and ensure supply to business requirement

• Walk the talk, Result focus, problem solving, integrity

Job responsibilities

• Understand the market and insight for related services and items for purchase (Marketing & sales, POSM & MKT service and other indirect items & services)

• Analyze external market and qualify potential supplier to ensure supply for operation.

• Responsible for negotiation of the best possible cost, service guarantee and develop sustainable relationships with suppliers.

• Formulate effective sourcing activities to meet performance and saving goals, deliver procurement KPI

Handle Purchase activities, raise Purchase Order and follow up sample approval and PO delivery

• Inform Requestor/ User of delivery issues

• Follow up payment due date with Finance

• Monitor supplier performance

• Booking travelling & accommodation to local and overseas team to VN

• Keep track Procurement KPI and Monthly Reporting

• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

• Bachelor's degree or in Business Administration/ English, Foreign trade College or another related field

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in MNC companies.

• Experience at least 01 year of working related to Marketing & Sales category

*Experience in SAP system is an advantage

• Good communication and written in English

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Proficient in data entry and management

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Working independently and under high pressure, Self-motivated

• Teamwork, and has sense of Customer orientation

*Has passion in working in Marketing & sales categories and related stakeholders.
