Procurement Executive - Raw Material

1. Sourcing:

- Sourcing, negotiation, evaluating and selecting suppliers/ sub-contractors (oversea/ local) for materials/ goods/ services that under local’s assessment and decision.

- Strictly complying with Procurement Policy within established limits of authority.

- Keep on-going relationships with major suppliers, vendors, or sub-contractors on day-to-day business to ensure the Company receives satisfactory standards of service.

- Vendor master creation on SAP.

- Contracting.

2. Purchasing:

- Coordinating with all functions to ensure properly purchasing process from PR => PO => Goods/ service receive => until full payment process;

- Placing orders, following up confirmation and delivery status to ensure goods/ service receipt as dedicated time.

- Complete purchasing activities by fulfilling payment process. Ensure any delay in payment processing must be communicated properly to suppliers to ensure Company’s reputation.

3. Reporting: saving, price, trend and other reports are assigned by line manager;

4. Other tasks are assigned by line manager.

- Graduated from university such as Engineering background, Supply Chain or Business Administration;

- Experience of 2~3 years as purchasing role in raw material (building material company is preferable);

- Preference is given to candidates who can start work day.

- Experience in oversea procurement;

- Experience in using SAP system and fluency in speaking English;

- Good negotiation, problem solving skill, coordination with suppliers, paperwork management and high responsibilities.
