Procurement Manager (Seafood)

· Manage the buying activities of raw material portfolio specializing in Protein group (Processed Meat, Seafood) & Ingredients for OEM Projects · Collaborate with colleagues across R&D, QA/QC, and Manufacturing team to lead the Protein procurement plan · Partner with different functions to deliver operating productivity initiatives · Work cross-functionally within an organization as well as with relevant external organizations and associates to achieve the agreed business goals · Develop and identify the supply base opportunities as well as developing the supplier capabilities according to the company standards as well as formulate an effective buying strategy · Build and maintain closer business relationships with key strategic suppliers · Perform work activities in compliance with P2P, Standard of Procedure (SOP) and company policy · Other responsibilities as Procurement role below with no limit of: Follow Company’s regulations, including, but not limited to, Food Safety & Quality, Safety – Health

· At least 05 years of Procurement Manager working experiences, experienced in Foods Procurement activities is a MUST · Strong negotiation, problem solving and communication skills · Ability to develop and implement RFI/RFP (Request for Information/ Request for Proposal) process and bids · Ability to draw upon local and regional networks to obtain knowledge and insights that can create value through alternate supply solutions · Good command of English (speaking & writing)
