- Receive purchasing requirements, review and identify purchasing requests related Technical goods and services. (engineering items, equipment, machinery, mechanical, installation services, and other projects)
- Seeking suppliers based on specifications, SOW and Technical information.
- Join the meeting, survey with suppliers
- Checking quotation, Negotiation, Suppliers evaluation and Contract Management
- Ensure meeting the timeline, deadline for purchasing request from User.
- Resolving claim from user, take complaints (if any).
- Other tasks by Procurement manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years’ experience.
- Basic knowledge of machinery, technology, technical processes, or production is preferred.
- Basic proficiency English.
- Graduated in Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, or other related fields.
- High responsibility, eager to learn and good personality.
- Good communication, teamwork and able to work under pressure
