Providing procurement admin support in all purchasing activities to ensure purchasing data accurancy, delivery.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute sourcing request by Procurement Manager for standardized, commoditized goods and/or normal services.
• Actively negotiate to get best cost, delivery, warranty …. for low-impact purchases.
• Prepare and submit all purchasing documents including but not limited such as supplier selection sheet, PO issuance, released contract…. for approval.
• Double checking payment request value basing on signed frame contracts before submission for approval.
• Recording all purchasing data in Procurement’s standard formats.
• Re-arranging and physcially archiving all purchasing documents following 5S rule.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree
• Fresh graduated or candidate with purchasing experience is prioritized.
• English communication proficiency
