Procurement Staff

1. Responsible for managing and procuring all vendor contracts, including Terminal, ICD, and Depot agreements; Transportation agreements (Trucking, Barging, Feeder, etc.); Boarding Agency agreements; Outsourced vendor contracts; Garment-on-Hanger (GOH) services; and other business supplier agreements.

2. Explain and obtain approval on rates and contract terms from Company BOD & COSCO Headquarters to ensure alignment with global standards and compliance with company policies.

3. Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for vendors and collaborate closely with relevant departments to evaluate performance and prepare for upcoming contract negotiations.

4. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of internal system codes to ensure compliance with company standards and alignment with global procurement policies.

5. Accountable for cost control and optimization, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining service quality and operational reliability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. University graduated in relevant field

2. At least 3 years’ experience, experience in shipping lines is advantage.

3. Hardworking, proactive and teamwork spirit

4. Good interpersonal & communication skills

5. Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

6. Both ENGLISH and CHINESE ability is required.
