- Manage Receiving and Shipping good. Work with the customs to import/ export the products on time
- Find stationery supplier in both Vietnam and abroad for better quality and cost
- Negotiate with supplier about production schedule/quality/cost
- Work with the Sales team about sell in forecast and create PSI- Production- Sale- Inventory
- Work with the R&D team to launch new product on time
- Control inventory as healthy level with limited of out of stock
- Keep good quality of products
- Other jobs as required
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Import & export experience for at least 2 years
- Experience in Procurement
- Foreign language skills: Fluent in spoken and written English
- Must be organized and possess the ability to multi-task.
- Focused, determined, agile with strong attention to detail, project management, analytical,
problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to team-work
- Computing skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Careful, detail-oriented, honest
