Procurement Supervisor (Transportation)

Location: Binh Hòa, HCMC (formerly Thuận An, Bình Dương)

> Source, develop, and manage transportation and logistics contractors, leveraging strong market relationships to secure competitive pricing and reliable service.

> Lead bidding, tendering, and commercial negotiations to achieve best rates, optimal delivery lead time, and service quality.

> Negotiate contracts with transport vendors to ensure cost efficiency, flexibility, and business continuity.

> Drive annual cost-saving initiatives through vendor optimization and pricing strategies.

> Monitor supplier performance and continuously improve transport service efficiency.

> Support procurement activities related to logistics as required.

- Over 4 years of hands-on procurement experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, or 3PL.

- Strong network and proven negotiation experience with transport contractors.

- Good commercial mindset, cost-focused, and result-oriented.

- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).

- Able to communicate in English.

- College/University degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
