• Consistently monitoring & analyzing business performance, distribution channels, market situation and competitors to
• achieve business objective and ensuring marketing budgets are met.
• Optimizing brand communication and activation that results in increased sales, brand
loyalty and improving market share and customer target.
• Develop new product launch plans and communications with principal.
• Plan and manage product portfolio according to the product strategy and objectives.
• Work closely with sales team to ensure the effectiveness of promotional plans and activities via product analysis and report.
• Review product sales performance and implement business action to consistently improve sales.
• Manage the Product Sales, Marketing Plan to achieve the company sales target.
• Order planning product, Inventory management, Budget control and P/L analysis
• Create and Manage Marketing Activity/ Promotion / Price structure.
• Controlling and implement via allocate budget in overall to meet business objective.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 3-5 years in Product Management or related experience.
• Have creative thinking, strong interpersonal skill and highly organized.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and related software.
• Good at coordinating and communication.
• Experience in FMCG in Foods or Canned Foods is a plus.
• Ability to understand customer and market dynamics.
