Product Design Trainee

Product Designers Trainee at Mattel are focused on creating new product opportunities for the brand; by understanding the consumer, trends and technology that are then translated into successful product. This involves creating and communicating toy concepts in 2D and/or 3D models to design and marketing management. Ideal candidates will possess proven product design experience showing ability to work on challenging and fun products as well as ideating new concepts.

* Requirements:

• 2025 Fresh Graduates with a major in industrial design, product design, animation, or related design majors.

• Strong free hand sketching skills and innovative thinking, with a passion for toy design.

• Proficient in commonly used design software like PS, AI, and Apple operating systems;

• Good English reading and writing skills, with strong learning abilities.

• Proficient in digital drawing
