*Get to know the role

Collaborate daily with specialists, including Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, Product Analysts, Business Stakeholders, and End users to create outstanding user experiences that balance business goals with user satisfaction.

*The Day-to-day activities

-Crafting User-Centered Designs: Create low and high-fidelity wireframes (UX), visual designs (UI), and interactive prototypes (Interaction Design).

-Turning Data into Insights:Translate market data, industry trends, competitive analysis, and user research into actionable insights and design decisions.

-Quality Assurance: Ensure implementation aligns with design requirements, maintaining high standards.

-Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch products.

-Contributing to the Design System: Contribute to OM's Design System in coordination with design peers.

-Passion for Product Design: Minimum of 2 years of UI/UX experience (mandatory), with an advantage for experience in B2B products (loyalty business will be a big plus). Demonstrated interest in product design, user experience, and psychology.

-Visual Design Skills: Strong visual design sense and hands-on UI design experience.

-Data-Driven: Comfortable with data, capable of problem-solving and user journey mapping.

-Clear Communication: Effective communication to present design ideas and decisions.

-Figma Proficiency: Experienced with Figma or open to learning new tools.

-Impressive Portfolio: Showcase your design skills and collaborative approach.

-Owner's Mindset: Embrace challenges with determination.

-13-month salary with annual performance bonus, project incentives, sales incentives (based on position)
