1/. PRODUCT DEVELOPER
- Product Development: SPEC& COMMENT/BOM, sample consumption, Handoff the style requirement & Material info & status, create the pre cost bread down (CBD)
- Working on sample order (Prototype, PRO/ISR, KAMP/GTM…etc)
- Buy Ready preparation
- Support & others Tasks by direct Manager
2/. MATERIAL EXECUTIVE
- Material information collection: master chart by style level from development TP/BOM, Collect the approved fabric quality/ Face and back side, Collect the material production allocation to define shipping term and payment, Collect the new material development requirement from customer, Collect fabric quality/ price/ MOQ/ LT…etc from vendor
- Quality Management of Material: Arrange material to in-house lab do test in case quality concern, Tracking the in-house lab material test result, Arrange fabric to trim vendor for heat application testing
- Buy Ready: Preparing, Updating & Sharing the material dashboard chart, Arrange related support document to release buy ready
- Support & others Tasks by direct Manager
3/. FABRIC EXECUTIVE
- Update documents from customer, transfer information to update to ERP system, adjusting (if any)
- Ordering, and following, check the quality
- Making fabric orders for production
- Physical, physicochemical, quality inspection by supplier
- Do swatch, Make information boards to print outside, hand over to Bulk

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University majoring in textile technology or related field
- Understand ERP or any similar data system management
- Good understanding for material purchasing procedure & process
- Good understanding for material consumption calculate
- Basic knowledge & understand for garment field
- At least 1 year of experience or with the same position in company
- Confident in communication, good presentation skills in English
