Product Developer - Up to $1,500

Job Purpose
The Product Developer is the Infra team’s developer that builds systems and tools to automate repetitive or routine tasks, create solution for known issues that requires inhouse development. The produce developer focuses on writing software that is both usable in the corporate environment and product environment. He/she is also required to maintain/modernize the existing solutions developed by the Infra team.

Responsibilities:
1. Development and Coding
• Writing and testing code
• Collaborating with other developers or departments on project status and proposals.
• Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new environment, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
• Directing system testing and validation procedures.
• Directing software programming and documentation development.
• Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status.
• To monitor handled applications, check error logs and recommend for improvements if needed.
• Deploy and maintain developed tools in modernized environment in Cloud.

2. Collaboration Tools
• Incident management systems (e.g. Jira): for managing a list of issues or improvements
• Installing, configuring, maintaining, administering, and enhancing JIRA Software, JIRA Service Desk, and key 3rd party add-ons.
• Responsible for creating and organizing new projects, configuring the layout, design, and workflow of the Jira projects.
• Responsible for performing user and group administration on Jira.
• Handles Jira and Wiki workflows and automations to make sure that different teams maximize their productivity.

3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Automate creation of performance reports that team leaders, managers, and senior managers can consume for decision making. Example is individual or team performance in handling support/tickets.
• Develop supporting tools to improve manual execution of tasks.

• Communicate effectively in English, both oral and written form.
• Customer oriented mind-set with good ability to manage customer expectations. Strong analytic, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Flexible and able to adapt to operational requirements and priority changes.
• Self-motivated, team player, tasks coordination, action Adapt to changes in technology and results oriented.
• Well organized, good communication and reporting skills.
• Strong analysis and communication (both written and oral) skills are required.
• Any development related or cloud fundamentals certifications.
