1. EF development: work on EF from identifying potential partners based on business needs to on-boarding new projects, renewing projects, creating sales activities with developers, set up & joint Marketing activities with developers to boost branding exposure, etc..
The end target is to drive the acquisition from EF projects to at least 10% of the new Housing Loan sales via EF channel.
2. Business development: this person will need explore new areas/new channels to drive sustainable mortgage business growth (e.g via portfolio management, partnership channel, etc)
3. Frequent review and seek appropriate approval for mortgage pricing scheme per timeline or when required.
4. Monthly market review on competitors, highlight any areas that require improvement to maximize product competitiveness.
5. Support Line Manager to work closely with related team for LAW enhancement to embed policy criteria onto LAW.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor Degree. Major in Finance & Banking is preferable.
• Good English skills
• At least 4 year working experience, experience in banking environment and in working with real estate developer, and/or secured lending product
• Independent, innovative with strong goal orientation and problem solving skills
• Strong drive and passion to succeed
• Ability to work and thrive under pressure
• Able to facilitate multiple stakeholder communication and creatively find solutions

• Good communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
