Product Development Assistant (Focus on Product)

You’ll collaborate closely with design, sourcer, and suppliers to validate new product designs, assess materials, finishes and constructure, and confirm that every new product we develop meets our brand’s performance, reliability expectations and user satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in evaluating designs, verifying functionality, and driving improvements throughout the product development lifecycle. Additionally, you will handle general administrative and support tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product performance and reliability targets.

• Review design outputs and test results to ensure alignment with functional requirements.

• Identify potential risks or inconsistencies in early design stages and recommend corrective actions.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in product performance and development processes.

• Handle other administrative tasks such as data entry, document management.

• Assist the team with other assigned ad-hoc duties.

Transportation: shuttle bus (provided) & motorbike (self-prepare)

Salary: Negotiable

Qualifications:

• College degree or above

• Basic experience in manufacturing field is a plus, but fresh graduates are also welcome.

• Required: Fluent in Vietnamese (verbal and written).

• Preferred: Basic English (Chinese) communication skills.

• Strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills.

• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
