* Objective:
- To manage digital banking services and products

* Working Relationship:
- Internal: Branches and other related departments
- External: Partners; Agencies

* Duties & Responsibilities
- Daily support to branches for operation of digital banking services and products
- Work with other stakeholders (internal and external) to develop new digital banking services and products
- Manage the performance of digital banking business

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

* Education: Finance – Banking/ Economics/ IT
* Degree, Certificate: Bachelor or higher degree
* Experience: At least 02 years working in banks/financial organizations/fintech
* Knowledge, Skill &Abilities:
- Well understanding on banking services (especially for loan and deposit, remittance, payment)
- Well understanding the process of product development (business requirements, user testing, product’s internal policies, related legal regulations)
- Well understanding digital customer experience
- Logical and creative thinking
- Good communication (speaking, writing) of English
- Adaptability
