Product Development Senior Executive – Coffee (R&D)

• Conduct lab- and pilot-scale product development experiments under guidance from R&D leadership

• Analyze and synthesize technical data to support coffee formulation and optimization

• Perform evaluations on raw materials and finished products including shelf-life, sensory, and physicochemical testing

• Research and compile scientific literature and technical documentation to inform product innovation

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing) to ensure product feasibility, quality, and production scalability

• Maintain accurate records of trials, formulations, and results in compliance with documentation standards

• Support process improvements and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and team learning initiatives

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Agriculture, or related field

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in product development within the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry (preferably coffee or beverage category)

• Language Proficiency: Strong English skills, especially in technical writing and communication within R&D

• Technical Competencies:

o Familiarity with food chemistry, sensory analysis, and raw material behavior

o Experience operating labs and pilot-scale R&D equipment

o Strong analytical and documentation skills

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and product formulation tools
