Product Engineer

1.To in charge of assembly jig design, process organization, line layout placement

2. Setting up, adapting, and verifying production line, along with technical transfer and handover with PE&IE

3. Production line monitoring to find out the unreasonable places and the corresponding windows to optimize product line

4. Process improvement and UPH optimization based on bottleneck equipment and assemble station which affect production efficiency

5. Production equipment improvement projects: Plan and execute projects related to manufacturing process or jig/equipment to achieve efficiency improvement and cost reduction"

1. At least 3 year of experience in Electronic company, be responsible for product engineering, process engineering or jig/fixture engineering for test station setup and assembly station tuning.

2. Analyze electrical/assembly issues and fine tuning process/fixture.

3. Understand product system architecture and circuit diagrams.

4 .Proficient in MS Office software for statistical data reporting and 2D/3D drawing software skills
