Job Description:
1. Targets group sales:
• Deploy work to team members
• Support staff in approaching and negotiating with customer.
2. Targets personal sales:
• Sell the company's products and services and fulfill the profit target. Including basic targets and business targets allocated in each period.
• Customer access:
- Visit customers
- Search, expand, make connections, maintain and develop relationships with customers, foreign agents in associations, Networks worldwide.
- Care, maintain and expand services for existing customers
- Make an offer to sell the company's freight forwarding and logistics services with the water agent.
- Welcoming and meeting with the agent, eye-to-eye meeting at the office or online meeting.
- Offer to sell the company's freight forwarding and logistics services with foreign agents.
- Support and advice on optimal solutions for customers & foreign agents.
- Arrange, update shipment information, coordinate to handle & solve shipment-related - issues for customers and foreign agents in a satisfactory, reasonable and reasonable manner.
- Support to check costs for shipments that need to be serviced abroad (Overseas Pricing)
- Negotiate and negotiate payment conditions with foreign agents before cooperation.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide a standard of services required by each customer.
- Developing growth strategies and plans for team
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
- Support sales staff to work collaboratively with customers, partners, agents, etc. related parties to provide services with good quality, competitive costs, maximize profits and business efficiency. go out.
- Receive reports from staff, coordinate to resolve incidents in the process of providing cargo services.
- Report sales results by week, work plan, list of potential customers of individuals/ groups.
- Report difficulties that have not been solved yet, problems that have not been handled in the group.
- Planning & implementing the plan to each employee to achieve the assigned business goals
- Carry out training, retraining and upgrading skills for employees
- Proposing to evaluate and reward employees' work results
- Building a team that is always connected and actively participates in the company's activities and programs (CSR, activity programs, training programs, events, ...)
- Timely dissemination of policies and documents related to employees in the group.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Job Requirements:
1. Knowledge: Graduated from College, University majoring in business administration, import-export, marketing of foreign trade, maritime or commercial schools
2. Advanced skill:
• Foreign language: English IELTS 6.5 or equivalent, speaking Chinese is an advantage
• Skills in planning, working programs and implementing plans.
• Skills in organizing, assigning, arranging and arranging work, knowing how to set priority and important work characteristics.
• Skills in analyzing, synthesizing, evaluating and detecting risk problems, finding root causes of problems to propose suitable solutions.
• Communication and persuasion skills.
• Teamwork skills, conflict resolution and internal conflicts.

• Computer skills: good use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge and experience in US-UK/ China freight forwarding is an advantage.

• At least 5 year working experience in sales and management
