Product Manager

GKIM is looking for a passionate Product Manager to grow one of our brands. Our ideal candidate will join us in technology products development from start to finish to align with customer liaison, needs and preferences. You will have the opportunity to work with our Founder on development of technology products, determining the overall vision of products, managing various backlog items and ensuring customer cooperation.

Responsibilities:

- Works closely with internal stakeholders (Account Manager, Project Manager, Technical leads..) to review customer needs; and coordinate solution package offerings to clients & build products in multiple areas like telehealth clinics, ecommerce and ERP.

- Define the product roadmap and vision

- Analyze the requirements from customers in business view and end-user view

- Define the business analyst for systems development projects including business goals and requirements, business process, data models.

- Document functional, business requirements and ensure business requirements are fully understood by development and provide input to designer

- Participate in product prototyping process, interface mock-up, wireframe, GUI creation, activity diagrams, system process flows and review deliverable incase

- Track all change requests from customers. Manage all requirements, specifications, change requests of the project

- Work with Project Manager and the development team to go over the specification, Q&A, consult the solutions, or figure out the problems, also coordinate to deliver functional solutions

- Proactively communicate with Project manager/stakeholders in case to keep them up to speed on planning, roadmap, execution status, launch, its impact, learnings, etc.

- Champion the team, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment around overall strategy and direction of the product.

- Have a solid education background in software development or a related technical discipline

- 3+ years experience in Product Owner or Business Analyst

- English fluency and excellent communications, both verbal (presentations, workshop) and written (reports, proposals)

- Good analytical, logical thinking and stakeholders management

- Experience in requirement specification technique: Wireframe, user story, modeling, prototyping, activity diagrams and system process flows

- Possess great knowledge about requirement elicitation/management

- Enthusiastic, responsible, willing to learn new things and ability to work under pressure, available to work at any time
