• To build strategy, marketing plan, run effective action plan and frequently monitor to successfully develop the allocated product(s)/franchise and achievement of Company vision/ goals
2. Main tasks and responsibilities
• To build strategy in 3 years and 1-year action plan for product(s)/ franchise that he/she is in charge of, to ensure the gaining/ upgrade awareness and TO/ Market share of the product on the market.
• Good communication, presenting to inspire, transfer the campaign to internal departments (Mainly Field Forces, Training…).
• To collect, on regular basis, quantitative and qualitative market, competitor’s analysis with recommendations from Managers, good co-operating with Medical, CEs, Market Services/ Business Development.
• MKT Project management (Planning/ Excursion, Organization/ Follow-up closely with clear KPIs).
• TAEs management (continuously convince to upgrade awareness of TAEs on product/ franchise’s benefits).
3. Hierarchy and functional report
The PO PM reports to the Group Product Manager
Will be in charge of hypertension products

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Pharmacist/ Doctor background
- Excellent knowledge about pharmaceutical industry, medical and products.
- Tender knowhow is prefered
Minimum experience
- Candidates have 1-2 years experiences for the similar position at multinational companies are preferred (or at least 1-year experience with the same level. Should include successful experience in Sales with good tender knowhow, both in qualitative and quantitative parameters).
