Develop, deploy new credit line products’ parameters, set pricing, new customer segments based on market and customer analyses.
Engage with cross functional teams at VPB FC to develop, implement initiatives, corrective actions in term of selling process, product characteristics, marketing campaign, risk performance and other aspects.
Monitor business performance efficiency of new product during the pilot and existing products versus target based on regular report
Monitor business performance of credit line products in multi dimensions (revenue driver, acquisition cost, risk performance, portfolio movements, operational performance indicators)
Highlight deviations in credit line products performance, potential sources of growth/ improvement and suggest corrective actions accordingly.
Develop and update product program reflecting significant changes in term of financial drivers, risk performance, risk policy, distribution, underwriting, operation processes, etc…
Develop new/ adjusted distribution channels, selling process, selling policies
Lead and develop team member toward targets
Track cards portfolio revenue and costs, take proactive measures to enhance revenue and optimize costs.
Take proactive measures to improve segment level as well as account level profitability.
Identify the right target and to create the right pricing mechanisms based on risk adjusted yield objectives around fees and APR.
Monitor new age digital trends & provide insights on channel level profitability metrics for cards business.
Undertake other tasks assigned by Center Director

At least 4 years (2 in managerial position) in one of the next industries:
+ Product and/or marketing strategy in major banking/ insurance institution / MNCs
+ Product/portfolio management
Experience of Vietnam market or relevant experience in developing markets
Experience and proven track record in product development, portfolio management, business technology
Understanding of Consumer Finance & Retail Banking
Proven track record as product manager
Language: English – fluent
Quantitative and qualitative analytical methods
