Product Manager Assistant

1. Assist the Product Manager in developing product roadmaps for each category based on consumer trends, technology trends, and industry chain developments to support the company’s business growth.

2. Support the implementation of category strategies, help analyze competitors and plan product layouts, and work collaboratively to achieve annual sales and profit goals.

3. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and demand analysis to assist in drafting detailed product definitions and requirement documents.

4. Organize and refine product selling points based on product definitions and competitive research, and help prepare communication materials and training support for these selling points.

5. Track product launches and sales performance, assist in analyzing anomalies, and participate in full product lifecycle management.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; outstanding university students may also be considered.

• Experience: Candidates with 1–3 years of work experience are preferred.

• Preference: Female applicants are prefer.

• Industry background: Experience in the home-improvement hardware industry or with the Amazon platform is a plus.

• Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common product management tools (such as Excel and PowerPoint) is preferred.

• Language skills: Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Strong resilience and sense of responsibility, able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Diligent, reliable, and execution-oriented, with a willingness to take on challenging tasks. Proactive in learning and continuously improving professional skills, with curiosity and eagerness for new knowledge.
