Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Coordinate with related departments to build and deploy new products according to the approved plan. Create a sales strategy for new products/services.
2. Learn, collect and analyze the needs and trends of the financial/stock market, research products/services in the same field, and come up with ideas for developing new products, services or proposals. Producing upgrade solutions for existing products/systems.
3. Develop a set of regulatory, processes related to products. Develop content of internal training programs, other training programs for employees and/or customers.
4. Communicate and instruct all relevant departments on product-related processes and regulations.
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of product implementation and make adjustments if necessary.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: University degree or higher, majoring in: Finance, Economics, … or related majors.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in Securities and 2 years of management, with most relevant experience in Product/ Brokerage.
- Knowledge: Understanding of products, services and related regulations in the securities sector. Fluent in English and Office computer skills.
- Qualities: Integrity, enterprising, innovative thinking
- Skills: Teamwork skill; Problem-solving skill; Positive attitude to learn new knowledge; Able to work under pressure when handling multiple tasks at the same time.
- Reference will be given to candidates with in-depth knowledge of Digital products in Securities sector;
III. Working Conditions
- Time of working days: 05 days per week, from Monday to Friday (Morning from 08:00 to 12:00; Afternoon from 13:00 to 17:00)
- Premium health insurance policy for yourself and your children (if any).
- 20 days annual leave.
- Competitive salary. Other insurance policies as prescribed by law.
