Product Manager - EVO

What You'll Do

• Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch for both EVO platform (mobile app, web app) and credit card product initiatives

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to deeply understand user needs and pain points

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to translate requirements into detailed user stories and prioritize the product backlog

• Leverage data and analytics to make informed, data-driven decisions about product features, pricing, and go-to-market strategies

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the banking and fintech space

• Effectively communicate the product vision, roadmap, and metrics to executive stakeholders

Must Have

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the financial services, banking, or fintech industry

• Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies and iterative product development

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights

• Technical background with understanding of software development, APIs and high level design architectures

• Knowledge of credit card and lending products, underwriting, and credit risk management

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies and their applications in banking and finance

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in credit card product management

• Understanding of consumer lending and credit risk modeling

• Knowledge of emerging trends in the field of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI)
