Product Manager (Feedmill)- Aquaculture Department

We are looking for a Product Manager who can build Behn Meyer’s Aqua feed additive. We look for a self-starter with integrity and excellent reputation in the market.

Job description

• Responsible for marketing, sales, growth and profit and loss of the assigned product portfolio, industrial sector or territory.

• Prepare budget and profit plans for the assigned product portfolio and area, ensure realization of goals together with Sales Executives.

• Ensure healthy stocks & debtors levels together with Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators.

• Ensure that principal / supplier of assigned product portfolio is maintained, well informed about the business progress, and good relationships with them are built.

Job requirements

• Educational background in Aquaculture bachelor/Animal science and/or Animal nutrition/or Doctor Veterinary Medicine

• Work experience within aqua feed industry (1-3 years)

• Work experience as sales person in the field (3-5 years) with excellent sales record

• Technical skill to explain specialty products

• Own network of contacts and customer relations with aqua feed industry

• Service mind & customer focus

• Attitude of teamwork & learning

• Fluent in English

• Ability to travel

• Highest level of integrity,

• Self-starting with independent work organization
