Product Marketing Executive

This position will mainly be responsible for spearheading all marketing efforts for all product(s) under all brands that SMAVT is distributing . The product marketing executive should deeply understand our target audience and can succinctly explain how their product helps fulfill customer need and solve customer problems. Through close collaborations with colleague members as well as brand representatives, marketing content designers and writers, and 3rd party vendors, product marketing executive are able to shape effective marketing content and convey the accurate product features and benefits to support on sales performance of the Company. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for internal training regarding to brands and products.

• Plan and execute product marketing campaigns that target prospective customers

• Align all product marketing comply with brand ideals

• Build relationships with external vendors and key stakeholders

• Convert prospects into royal customers through consistent communications

• Improve product content output 

• Support the following tasks but not limited to, 

- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies

- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events

- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

- Conceptualize and initiate digital and social media campaigns which are aligned with marketing strategy

- Manage and overseeing the production of online content (including social media content), marketing collaterals, EDM, print advertisements, presentation materials and etc.

- Reviewing the uplift numbers vs sales forecast and recommending action plans to meet the sales targets

- Responsible for monitoring & analyzing category/brand performance including competitive benchmarking

- Manage and monitor Marketing Expense investment in line with annual marketing budgets.

• Other tasks assigned by the top management

• Fluent in English or Chinese (Madarin)

• Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role

• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods

• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices

• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software 

• Familiarity with social media and web analytics 

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Creativity and commercial awareness

• Enthusiastic, results-oriented and able to work independently

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well

• BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
