Product Marketing Executive - Air Conditioner Products

- Manage Product Road Map and Line up in alignment with overall business strategy and objectives for Air Conditioner products.

- Set, track, and manage sales team KPIs (Sales, Profit, Awards), continuously monitoring performance against established targets.

- Develop and execute marketing plans and supporting activities, including the organization of marketing events as required.

- Manage effective product marketing materials across both online and offline channels.

- Oversee PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) planning and stock management, aligning production with sales forecasts while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

- Prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR) reports and conduct detailed analyses of business performance.

- Ensure effective communication and coordination between LG Headquarters in Korea and Vietnam operations.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Product Director.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Marketing or a related role.

- Experience in the Air Conditioner industry is preferred.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Business English (direct reporting to a Korean Product Director).

- Strong data management and analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

- Willingness and ability to travel for business purposes.

- Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment.
