Sr. Assistant Product Marketing

A. Job description:

- Review and analyze data/market/category understandings to drive opportunity identification, deliver key strategic insights which can lead to new initiatives and growth plan for Category expansion & current portfolio maximization.

- Work out on Pricing, Promotion, Product portfolio plan in close collaboration with market opportunities & retailer’s/categories to optimize campaigns outcome.

- Plan & Execute Campaign calendar in timely manner in close coordination & engagement with Partners/Retailers/Sale & cross functions to deliver target & monitor budget as given.

- Monitoring Sale forecast & inventory level as given KPI.

- Be responsible for POSM/Training/ Sale brief execution in coordination with MKT for launch plan.

- Daily task on Sale data analysis to identify opportunities for target delivered by developing & executing sale/promotion/launch & campaign plan.

- Close coordination with Sale team to build category stories and influence customers via kick off and quarterly meetings to meet company targets/KPIs of the categories in-charged.

B. Requirements:

1. Knowledge & Skills:

• Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power PI)

• Communication skills (English), spoken and written, ability to coordinate with Retailers/Partners.

2. Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant areas

• 3-5 years working experience in relevant positions, IT/Mobile/Gaming Industry working experience is a plus.

3. Other requirement.

• Good analytical and influencing skills. Good sense of numbers.

• High collaboration, result oriented & ability to bridge functions and win alignments to deliver goals.

• Proactive and good communication skill
