PSI: Purchase, Sales, Inventory Planning:
· Responsible for leading and presenting PSI process
· Improve forecast accuracy by facilitating CPFR operation with customers
· Manage both total and aging inventory targets for both Cuckoo factories and OEM and ODM suppliers
· Demonstrate knowledge of PSI tied to promotion strategy
· Demonstrate knowledge of pre-PSI process
Sales Analysis and Reporting:
· Track sales progress on weekly basis to meet monthly PSI goal
· Analyze weekly sales performance and identify root cause, and risk. Take action plan when issue arises
· Analyze market and industry trends to understand the market situation and sell-out trend
· Identify issues and risks and suggest action plans for daily operational issue
· Support regular internal reports
P and L management:
· Monitor sales progress to achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly target P and L Management
· Work with finance to track and manage promotional spend at success of sales target
· Execute and lead business operation under sales and profit target achievement
Placement:
· Strategize and execute product placement to maximize business goal
· Present the strategy to both internal and external organization members
· Develop and negotiate dealer programs across multiple channels
Pricing:
· Develop pricing strategy across multiple channels
· Maintain landed cost file and update on quarterly basis
· Maintain marginal profit file based on distribution update
Promotion:
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create complimentary promotion strategy in combination of pricing and marketing execution items
· Demonstrate knowledge of different vehicles including marketing execution items
· Responsible in promotional roadmap announcement and its information integrity
Product Development and Launch:
· Communicate with Korea and manage new product development from concept through successful launch by working closely with multiple team members
· Seek out and apply knowledge of new trends and innovation to identify new products but also opportunities within existing products to improve features, designs, retail and online merchandising
· Expert knowledge of technical product detail
· Prepare and communicate the strategy with internal groups as well as with key channel partners
· Own category product marketing for sales and distributor teams with technical information; support launch efforts for future product plans
· Manage product lifecycle by driving sell thru, managing promotion budget, aligning PSI forecasts, and managing end of life and transition
· Support Key Account Managers in product sell- in, assist in developing channel and flooring strategy for new product launches; prepare for product line reviews; support sales reps and distributors in professional channels
· Lead the new product launch process, driving the brief and execution with marketing communications and retailer/ distributor activation, ensure readiness to launch all supporting assets, including digital, prepare product material to support the field training teams
Admin Tasks:
· Identify management information needs, manage development of non-standard reports and statements when requested
· Collaborate with Korea business unit to ensure timely delivery of high quality business support
· Direct team to submit Request for Approval (RFA), and follow through
· Review documented RFAs and track vs budget to ensure completion and in compliance
Other:
· Accountable against business measurements vs BP, vs LY and vs KPI goals
· Responsible for assisting Business Plan negotiation and internal setup process
· Lead and be responsible for PM and marketing team to identify support requirements and execute shows and events
· Lead in preparation and manage meeting with presentation
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Bachelors Degree required
· 4-8 years of experience in consumer electronics industry preferred
· Experience in product management is a must
· Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, Positioning, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships, Creative Services
· Strong MS office skills, Excel and PowerPoint is required
· Fluent in English language is preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication skill
· Communication with merchandising, sales and Korean business units
· Strong analytical ability and detail oriented
· Excellent Multi-tasking and time management skills
· Agility - ability to move quickly and easily in response to change or challenge
· Coaching skills, problem solving and work under high pressure
