Seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager in Ho Chi Minh to develop and execute product strategies, manage portfolio, and collaborate with R&D to drive growth and market share. Description * Develop and execute product strategies to achieve sales and market share targets. * Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities. * Oversee product development, pricing, and portfolio management. * Collaborate with R&D for new technologies and product innovation. * Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive improvements. * Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and adapt plans to optimize results. * Design and manage advertising and promotional campaigns. Proven experience within the B2B Industrial sales, especially to F&B, Personal Care Manufacturers. Knowledge in Flavors & Fragrances ingredients markets and trends. Strong negotiation and communication skills in bọth Vietnamese and English. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. Analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics. A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
