Product Owner

Job title: PO Lead (Stock / Derivative products)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer profiles and needs of stock trading on digital platforms (App/Mobile/Web).

• Propose, develop, and manage product packages and trading tools tailored to different customer segments.

• Monitor and evaluate the business performance of stock products: number of users, revenue, usage frequency, etc.

• Collaborate with relevant departments (Technology Development, Sales, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to develop and implement products.

• Research market trends, competitor products, and investment trends to recommend new features and solutions for product optimization.

• Develop product documentation, write Business Requirement Documents (BRD), perform product testing, and track implementation progress.

• Prepare reports on product status and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or Investment Management.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the securities industry, particularly with stock products.

• Preferably candidates who have experience with:

+ Working in financial analysis, investment, or product development roles at a securities company.

+ Strong understanding of the behaviors and needs of Individual investor.

• Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret reports and product metrics.

• Logical thinking, flexible problem-solving abilities, and sensitivity to technology and market trends.
