Product Owner - Salary Upto $1,500

The company was founded in 2016 and leverages big data, real-time risk assessment, and end-to-end automated claims management to enable companies to eliminate their exposure to operational risk, create new revenue streams, and optimize and enhance existing products. We Are Looking For We’re looking for a passionate and strategic PO to run our B2B2C channel. You will be responsible for: - Software Development: Define and implement products/ Projects for the B2B2C segment, ensuring that products and services meet the project requirements. Oversee the product development process from idea to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines and product quality. - Customer and Partner Interaction: Understand customer and partner needs, gather feedback, and propose product enhancements to optimize user experience and business value. - Product Requirements Analysis and Prioritization: Analyze customer, market, and technical requirements, identify and prioritize projects, features and tasks for implementation. - Collaboration with Relevant Departments: Work closely with departments such as engineering, marketing, sales, and customer care to ensure the continuous and effective delivery of the product. - Working with Solution Integration Partners: Coordinate with technical and technology partners to develop and deploy integrated solutions, ensuring compatibility and performance of the product with other systems./p

p- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business, or related fields. - Product and Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of insurance product and market, ability to analyze data and make decisions based on data. - At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Integration solutions with a strong background in software development. - Project Management Skills: Have experience in project management and product development processes, understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus. - Communication and Teamwork Skills: Flexibility, strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, ability to work effectively in a diverse and multinational work environment. - English: Writing & Speaking/p
