Product & Policy Officer (Product Planning Officer)

I. Job Summary: Product & Policy Officer is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Auto loan product. His/her accountabilities are also inclusive of gathering, prioritizing products and customer requirements, defining the product vision, working closely with other relevant teams (Sales, Underwriting, Customer Experience, Operations...) to support and ensure revenue, customer satisfaction goals and the company’s overall strategy and vision are met. II. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Planning the product’s features & workflow (60%) • Gathering data on products on the market. • Researching the customer requirements and defining the product vision. • Creating and carrying out product processes in line with market needs • Run tests & pilot programs with early-stage products and samples. 2. Research the market (30%) • Be an expert with respect to the competition • Research the new products on the market. 3. Collaborate closely with relevant parties, Line manager and team-members (20%) • Act as a supporter and leader within the company or in any projects. • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and widen opportunities. • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Dept Head.

1. Qualification • University Degree majored in Business Administration/Finance & Banking or any related major 2. Work Experience • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking or consumer finance company. Minimum of 2-year experience in a product team. 3. Knowledge • Retail Banking - consumer finance, market research/trend • Planning and develop strategy for new product, product enhancement and product redesign • Forecasting and budgeting process 4. Skills • Budgets and prepares financial analysis, Data analysis, Sales performance management • Communication, Customer service • Critical thinking, Continuous learning • Relationship management, Teamwork • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese • MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and knowledge of CRM
