Product Pre-Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Pre-sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, design tailored solutions, and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations. You will play a key role in driving business growth by bridging the gap between customer needs and our technical capabilities.

MAIN DUTIES:

- Collaborate with the sales team to gather client requirements and propose solutions; deliver product demos, technical presentations, and proof of concept (POC); prepare proposals, cost estimations, and documentation; coordinate with internal teams to ensure solution feasibility; respond to RFI/RFP and support sales team with technical expertise.

- Conduct product training and presentations for the external partners and the internal teams across the country.

- Suggest and implement product marketing activities for the assigned products, including defining product positioning, identifying customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

- Cooperate with regional product marketing (Japan/Singapore) in the new product development process.

- Other tasks assigned by Manager.

- At least 5 years experience with minimum 3 year in role of Product Pre-sales Specialist.

- Upper-intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint, programming languages (Python)

- Able to use English in daily work, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.

- Analyze and problem solving

- Experience in training and presentations is a plus.

- Organization planning skill

- Able to travel
