- Follow-up on all sales opportunities within a timely manner;
- Manage sales leads, prospects and customer accounts in line with agreed business objectives;
- Provide sales support for existing channel partners;
- Support sales objectives by researching customers’ needs and providing solutions in a professional and effective manner;
- Develop new business relationship within defined industry as well as strengthening existing customer relationship;
- Represent and promote company product in a professional manner at tradeshows, conferences and seminars;
- Establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales;
- Manage and report sales bookings, potential sales, customer feedback, activity plan, and other reports as required;
- Regularly attend sales meetings and offer feedback and suggestions to improve product solutions;
- Provide answers to pre-sales technical and commercial queries;
- Perform product demonstration in a manner suited for customer’s requirements;
- Compiled market/industry data, intelligence reports and competitors’ information so as to assist in company’s strategy and product development;
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that impact target markets;
- Conduct recurring product training to channel partners and end users as required to support sales objectives;
- To follow up with orders and customer/distributor relationship in the South of Vietnam;
- Any other duties as requested from time to time by supervisor and/or General Director;

• 5 working days/week (Mon to Fri, 9:00 - 17:30)
• Product training will be provided

Yêu cầu công việc
- Recognized Degree in Science, Environmental, Physics, Material, Chemical Engineering major;
- At least 03 to 05 years of working experience in technical sales. Candidates with sales experience in the Analytical Instrumentation, Environmental, Process is an advantage. Example particle size analyzers, XRF and other laboratory instruments, gas/water analyzers, measuring instruments for environment, control systems
- Able to travel within South Vietnam frequently and sometimes within short notice;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English Language;
- Must have self-motivated with a positive attitude to provide good customer service, and with the ability to remain calm & rational under stressful condition;
- Good planning, time management, strong communication & interpersonal skills are required to support interaction amongst all parties. Teamwork is a must; Leadership experience is an advantage.
- Must be very proficient in the use of computer software tools such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
