Product - Sales Support

- Technical Specification Analysis: Research, analyze, and develop product specifications and features.

- Technical Support & Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of company-distributed products to provide technical support and solutions.

- Competitor & Market Analysis: Understand and analyze competitors' products to perform comparative analysis and provide effective technical responses regarding the company's products, the market, and competition.

- Strategic Planning: Develop plans and strategies for product development and market expansion.

- Internal Training & Content Creation: Design training materials and conduct internal training sessions on equipment and competitor products.

- Client Consultation: Provide professional consultation, introduce, and present company products/solutions to clients.

- Reporting & Documentation: Compile and submit periodic and ad-hoc work reports as required.

- Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

- Flexibility & Mobility: Be willing to work overtime and travel (domestically or internationally) as required by the job.

- Experience: Preference for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the Medical/Pharmaceutical field.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Biology; Biotechnology, or a related field.

- Knowledge: General knowledge of medicine, hospital operations, medical testing equipment, and laboratory procedures is a strong advantage.

- Language Skills: Excellent command of English, including the ability to read and translate technical documents, handle email correspondence, and communicate effectively.

- Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data.

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

BENEFITS:

• Working hours: From Monday to Friday (Morning 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.; afternoon 1:15 p.m. - 5:15 p.m.)
