• Development of the defined market for brand and their products
• Nationwide customer visits to present brand's product portfolio
• Proactive acquisition of new customers and dealer
• Building and developing a customer base and dealer network
• Identification of needs, analysis of existing production structure and consultation how to improve the production process by using brand products
• Development and presentation of technical solutions (independent for brand standard machines / with support from brand for special machines)
• Support of existing customers and dealers
• Final successful negotiations
• Interface partner between brand and customer
• Project management (together with contact person of brand)
• Arrange customer visits at brand's production plant (if possible)
• Support of customer during machine acceptance and installation
• Attendance of trade fairs and exhibitions (together with brand)
• Potential analysis of own market (with DKSH)
• Development of sales strategies (with DKSH and brand)
• Collaboration of portfolio adjustment for the local market
• Analysis of existing competitors in the market
Development opportunities:
• Development of additional markets in SEA (e. g. Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines etc.)
• Building up an own sales team
