I. Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Product and Sales Associate who will undertake administrative tasks of product and sales Operation, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support for business running efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. He/she will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
II. Key Roles & Responsibilities
The Product and Sales Associate performs a wide range of duties including some or all the following:
1. In charge commission & subvention calculation/payment/monitor/setup in system (50%)
• Request data from system/other departments.
• Perform calculation and reconcile data with partners.
• Sign off documents and collect document from partners.
• Raise & follow up payment request.
• Consolidate commission and subvention report monthly/quarterly.
• Remind partner to make payment for subvention.
• Review/test/request enhancement on supporting system.
2. Supporting cooperation (30%)
• Raise cooperation contract with dealer on Lotus system, follow up reviewing process with relevant departments to provide the final approval version for sign-off to related departments.
• Receive/analyse request from partner and provide solution to resolve the issue occurs.
• Create and maintain dealer and product master data on Sales Finance portal regularly to assure smoothly operation.
• Support implement sales campaign include explain to sales, collect document, raise payment request….
3. Collaborate closely with relevant departments and other tasks (20%)
• Consolidate information from related departments to support product and sales operation.
• Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms
• Other tasks assigned by Department Head to achieve business goals from time to time.
• Claim business expense (meeting, business trip) for Division/Department.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Qualification
• University Degree majored in Business Administration/Finance & Banking or any related major
2. Work Experience
• Experience as administrator, especially in HR or finance team is more favorable
3. Knowledge
• Knowledge of Retail banking - Consumer finance: products, policies, and processes
• System: Loan management, process management
• Execute and monitor business performance
• Maintain operation of Sales Finance product, manage dealer, control product list & price
4. Skills
• Good problem’s solving abilities, able to troubleshoot issues
• System operation and management
• An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.
• English
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and knowledge of law in tax, accounting
