Production Control Manager

- Production Plan: • Develop and implement comprehensive production plans for all areas of production, including planning, sales, and inventory management (PSI), to align with the company's sales plan and production targets. • Oversee production planning activities, including managing the 4M (Man, Money, Material, Machine) status, to ensure smooth production processes and resource optimization. - Pricing: Control product pricing for each product model to optimize profitability while maintaining competitiveness in the market. - Inventory: Monitor and manage inventory levels, purchase contracts, and material supplies to support production operations efficiently. - Cost Efficiency: Establish and implement a Cost Buster plan system to identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining product quality and enhancing profitability for the company. - Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by managing quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) aspects of production processes, meeting or exceeding customer expectations. - Collaborate with Production Manager and other stakeholders to support overall production objectives and address any challenges or issues as they arise. TEAM MANAGEMENT: - Vendor Management: Manage purchasing activities by collaborating with suppliers and contractors to select suitable vendors for approved purchasing orders. - Procurement: Lead procurement and production strategy development for the mid-term, aligning with the company's overall business strategy to achieve organizational targets.

- At least 2 years of working in same level, team management skill - English skill, Japanese is a plus. (Cooperate with Southeast Asia and Japan is required) - Experience in Production Planning and Procurement - Have the knowledge of the smooth customs clearance business for performing a production activity. Planner for production. - Understand the Vietnam domestic law and the international transaction rule.
