Production Control Staff - Tiếng Nhật

- Receiving orders and making assembly plan, shipping plan, follow up production plan, result
- Calculating part, material order quantity
- Discussing with Japan mother company / customers about parts delivery time, information about packaging specifications, production timelines and product quality management standards based on existing machinery and material capacity.
- Contacting the logistics section to arrange unpacking parts/materials or packing finish goods.
- Preparing and issuing PO
- Managing parts/material delivery, FIFO; warehousing, inventory management
- Investigating Inventory, implement Inventory count
- Preparing, send purchase orders, track delivery progress
- Receive production plan, making material kitting plan, finish good shipping plan, follow up production plan, result
- Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and correctly process items for storage or shipment;
- Material stock management, calculation storage rack quantity, space for storage,…
- Receive and store material as it arrives;
- Pick and load material as orders are processed;
- Contacting the logistics section to arrange unpacking parts/materials or packing finish goods.
- Input material data on the production system;
- Managing parts/material delivery, FIFO; warehousing, monitoring inventory;
- Investigating, report inventory, stock situation, implement inventory count;
- Setup, control, modification, ,... ISO system of the manufacturing department
